This felt like a big warm hug for my womb ♥️ Like a coming home to my body since the birth of our daughter back in April. She had whispers for me, almost heart finished sentences she wanted me to know as she’s still integrating the birth (as is my whole being). It was wonderful to know she’s still right there loving on me as we rebuild our relationship newly after the birth portal was so freshly opened. I’m going to do the practice again now everyone is asleep.
