The adventure of self discovery or uncovering is the greatest thing a human can do. There are other woundings or programming that keep us from what I call this Reality. Such as loss and Loss. The anger that covers fear. The primal wound which encompasses "being seen". I've also joined the mentor brigade with my writings here. I followed and appreciate your expression.
While I don't usually choose a word of the year this year the word expand chose me. I feel I am living into a fuller expression of myself when I arrive at the end of the day with a sense that I did a little something - sometimes pushing forward, other times sitting in silence. I feel it in my body as a sense of deep peace and occasionally contentment (although I'm still working on that one). This must begin with the knowledge that I even know what that IS and feels like for me.
Oh I so agree, full expression is about listening in to our needs and sometimes that’s going inward and feeling content in the simplicity. Thanks for sharing your experience

When I chose to use this pen name I didn't really think this through. Sebastian is my middle name Tom is my first. Whatever people prefer is fine.
