Hello beautiful ones,
This week I’m sharing a video podcast I did with Jess Brazil of Mindful Living Group.
Jess and I met in Bali many years ago and she’s since been a huge supporter of my work - you know those beautiful email replies that say, ‘Wow, love your message, we MUST collaborate!’
So we finally did, two weeks ago, on a topic we’re both so passionate about:
How women are designed to lead.
Here we explore self-worth, inhabiting our unique beauty and brilliance and why women are radically redefining what it means to lead.
If you watched or listened to this I’d love to hear in the comments how it landed for you.
And if you want to know more about my 1-1 somatic mentorship ‘The Art of You’ click here.
Thanks to
and for unknowingly contributing to the title of this post after responding to my Note about what ‘Women are Designed to Lead’ brings up in them, which interestingly was a sense of ‘Oh gosh something else I’m supposed to do as a woman’.So I went with A Woman’s Very Nature IS Leadership.
I want to make it clear what I mean by women are designed to lead - NOT that we need to engage an already tired part of ourselves to hold yet more weight of responsibility, but to recognise the parts of us that have been dismissed as worthless in a patriarchal, capitalist world - such as nurturance - are the very parts that are designed to lead the new way.
Look forward to catching up on this one - I think about this so much - self-leadership especially xo
